NileNodes provides staking and validation services for various blockchain networks. Our services include operating validator nodes, participating in network consensus, and distributing staking rewards to delegators.

4.1. When you stake your tokens with NileNodes, you delegate your staking power to our validators. You retain ownership of your staked tokens at all times.
4.2. Staking rewards are calculated based on the network's protocol and are subject to change based on network conditions.
4.3. Unbonding periods and conditions are determined by each blockchain's protocol and are outside of our control.
5.1. NileNodes charges a commission on staking rewards, which is clearly displayed on our website.
5.2. Network fees (gas fees) for transactions are not included in our commission and are the responsibility of the user.
6.1. Staking involves certain risks, including but not limited to slashing, network attacks, and technical vulnerabilities.
6.2. The value of cryptocurrencies can be volatile, and staking rewards do not guarantee a profit.
6.3. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to your staking rewards.
7.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
7.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
7.3. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
8.1. NileNodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8.2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
